Wenzhou Bodie Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd., established in 2005, specializing in the production of bathroom sets. Our main products are towel racks, paper towel racks, towel rings, etc. The main customers are distributed in Europe, America and Southeast Asia, mainly agents and engineering customers. Let me share with you an Australian client from Google platform.

In November last year, I received an inquiry from Australia. The email suffix was gmail, and there was no company information or phone number. But the customer’s needs are very clear, they need one of our bathroom 6-piece sets. So I responded to the customer’s inquiry once I finish it. The customer did not reply at the first time. Although theres no contact information of the customer, but thinking that the demand was clear, I continue to follow up with two emails.

Later the customer replied and confirmed a sample order after we discuss about the product details. Then he arranged another purchaser to send the email to follow up, I finally got available information of the customer’s company. For the sample order, although it was only 2000 RMB, I took it very seriously,  communicated the details with the factory in a timely manner, delivered the goods on time. Before delivery, I also checked the products and packaging myself.

The customer was very satisfied with the samples, and they returned orders in December last year and February this year, about 200W. Unfortunately, there were still some problems later. After receiving the goods, it was found that the model of the outer carton did not match the actual products inside, even more that 100 sets, which led the customer must open each package to check (because the customer is a distributor), it caused high labor costs. I followed up the issue and keep talking with the customer. And we gave a certain amount of compensation to solve the problem in the endWe have a conclusion that large shipments must be communicated much more clearly with the factory before shipment, and come over to supervise loading by myself. (Our sales office and factory are not together).

Have to say that this customer brought by Google International Station is high-quality. I believe that there will be more high-quality customers coming next. At present, the covid-19 still has a great impact on foreign trade, but I believe that as long as we maintain our confidence, do a good job in the daily maintenance of the platform and keep following up all customers, we will usher in the dawn.
